About the Position

As the Regional Manager for Southern Sweden, you will have overall responsibility for leading, developing, and driving Tecomatic's operations in the region. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational leadership and entails full accountability for the region's results, project execution, employees, and customer relationships within water treatment and erosion control.

You will lead the region's project and production activities, ensuring that our deliveries maintain high quality, safety, and efficiency – from planning to completed facility. The role involves close collaboration with the company's management team and other regions.

Tecomatic is based in Sweden but also operates projects in Norway, Finland, and Germany, which adds an international dimension to the role and offers excellent opportunities for development.

The position is preferably located in Kalmar, but other locations in southern Sweden can be discussed.

Your Mission:

• Lead and develop Tecomatic's operations in Southern Sweden with full accountability for results and personnel
• Ensure successful project execution regarding quality, work environment, economy, and time
• Drive the region's growth through effective resource planning, structure, and improved working methods
• Develop and coach leaders and employees in the region's project organization
• Actively follow up on key performance indicators and contribute to sustainable and profitable development
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other regional managers on strategic and operational issues
• Contribute to the development of processes, quality systems, and common working methods within the group

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in a leadership position with personnel and results responsibility within construction, contracting, technology, or environmental technology
• Has documented experience in leading larger technical projects or project organizations
• Is a confident and clear leader who creates engagement, structure, and trust
• Has experience in business development, efficiency improvements, and working with quality systems (e.g., ISO)
• Is business-minded and strategic but enjoys being close to the operational activities
• Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
• Is accustomed to working in business and/or project management systems
• Holds a B driver's license
